Terms & Conditions
The Terms & Conditions apply to all shopping on www.hanieljewelry.com.
They are not always easy to understand, but they contain terms that apply to you as the customer, so please familiarize yourself with them. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you purchase anything from the website, you are agreeing to all of the following Terms & Conditions:
1. About Haniel Jewelry
Haniel Jewelry ApS is registered in Denmark under the company registration number, also known as CVR, 37591599. It is located at Gothersgade 27, 1123 Copenhagen K. Its primary e-mail address is email@example.com.
When you place an order, the price indicated on the website applies. The listed prices are all final, including VAT and all other surcharges with the exception of shipping costs.
Haniel Jewelry reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information without any prior notice.
The cost of delivery and any possible credit card charges will be specified on your order.
All prices listed on the site are current but subject to change.
If you live outside of the European Union, you can save up to 20% on taxes. To get it deducted from your purchase total, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The transaction will be completed when your order has shipped.
Payment with Visa or Dankort is free of charge.
The transaction fee will be shown on your order confirmation. The charge is imposed by ePay.
5. Safety and Receipt
To ensure that your card information is protected, you will be transferred to a separate payment page by the website. The payment page is provided by AltaPay A/S, who is certified to handle your payment data and will ensure that it is encrypted, so neither Haniel Jewelry nor others can access it.
Once you have accepted the payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. As soon as your order is packed and ready for delivery, you will receive an electronic receipt.
6. Packing and Delivery
Items that are in stock will be packed within 2-3 working days; however, if your order is received on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be packed the following Monday.
If the item is not in stock, the production time will be 2-3 weeks, depending on the style and how busy we are at the atelier.
At the latest, all orders will be shipped 2 working days after they have been packed.
Haniel Jewelry ships via GLS or UPS, but reserves the right to change shipping partners without any prior notice.
Unless otherwise specified in your order, GLS or UPS delivers between 8AM and 5PM from Monday through Saturday.
When purchasing for more than 1000 DKK, shipping within Denmark is always free of charge . If you live in central Copenhagen, your order can also be delivered via messenger.
If the delivery date or address specified in your order cannot be met, you will be notified as quickly as possible. Haniel Jewelry is not responsible for losses, damages, or costs associated with late delivery.
Upon delivery, the risk is transferred to you. At this point, Haniel Jewelry is not responsible for any loss or accidental destruction of the goods.
If you purchase an item and it has a material defect, the rules of the Danish Purchase Act (Købeloven) apply.
You have the right to report any defects for up to 24 months after the item was delivered to you. To do this, please contact Haniel Jewelry at +45 60403999 or email@example.com.
If your complaint is justified, the item will be urgently repaired or replaced and all reasonable shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Please remember to return the item in suitable protective packaging and save the postal receipt, as Haniel Jewelry might request information on shipping costs and tracking.
Haniel Jewelry gladly accepts returns on everything except custom orders, including the Love Coin Collection and any pieces you personalize with gemstones of your choice.
You can return an item for a full refund up to 14 days after you received it. Just notify Haniel Jewelry of your return by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you choose to return an item, a refund will be made to your original method of payment. Haniel Jewelry will refund the price of the item, as well as the cheapest shipping cost for you to return it.
After Haniel Jewelry receives your notice of return, it can take up to 14 days to process your refund. Haniel Jewelry is entitled to withhold your refund until it has received the returned item.
When the item is returned to Haniel Jewelry, it must be in the same condition as when you received it. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, it will be sent back to you and no refund will be processed. To determine the piece’s quality and characteristics, you have the right to examine it as you would in the physical shop. The piece cannot show any signs of wear or use. If it does and cannot, as a result, be resold at full price, Haniel Jewelry will deduct the loss of value from your refund. If the item no longer has commercial value, it will be returned to you without a refund.
Until the item is delivered to Haniel Jewelry, it is your responsibility, so please make sure it is packaged properly and securely.
International orders should be returned via DHL or FedEx. All international return costs are covered by the customer.

9. Applicable Law
All purchases are subject to Danish law and consumer protection regulation. Neither the international CISG or other common European legislation apply.
In the event of a dispute, the legal venue will be in Copenhagen City Court and Danish legislation will apply.

However, Haniel Jewelry hopes that you will take up any challenges directly with it, as it is much faster and its customer care representatives are always happy to help.
