These Terms & Conditions apply to all shopping on www.hanieljewelry.com regulates all matters between you and us.
When you purchase items on the website, you agree to all of the Terms & Conditions.

Haniel Jewelry ApS (”we”, ”us”, ”our”), is registred in Denmark under the company registration no. CVR: 37591599 Our address is Gothersgade 27, 1123 København K., our email is email@example.com
When you place an order, it is the price indicated on the website that applies. The stated prices are final prices, meaning that they are inclusive of VAT and all other surcharges – except shipping costs.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information without any prior notice.
On your order the charges for delivery and possible credit card charges will be specified.
All prices are current prices and are continuously updated.
You can pay with one of the following cards:
Dankort, Visa/Visa Electron/ Visa/Dankort, Vpay, Mastercard, Maestro and Mobilepay.
The transaction will be completed when the goods have been shipped.
Payment with Visa/Dankort is free of charge.
The transaction fee will be shown on the order confirmation. The charge is imposed by ePay.
4. Safety and receipt
To ensure that your card information are protected, you will be transferred to a separate payment page on the Website. The payment page is provided by our payment provider AltaPay A/S who is certified to handle your payment data, and who will ensure that all data is processed encrypted, so neither we nor others can access upir card information.
Once you have accepted the payment on the website, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is packed and ready for delivery, you will an electronic receipt.
5. Packaging and delivery
We pack all orders the latest on the next day after receiving your order. Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are packed on the following Monday. All orders are shipped latest the day after the order is packed.
Our shipping and logistics partner is GLS for all our shipments, however this can be changed at our discretion without notice. We offer free shipping on purchases above XXX.
Delivery by GLS means that all orders are delivered between 8-17 from Monday to Saturday, enless otherwise specified in your order.
We will try our very best to inform you as soon as possible if we are not able to meet the delivery date and the delivery address, which we specified at the time of order. We are not responsible for losses, damages or costs associated with late delivery.
Upon delivery the risk of the goods is transferred to you, and from this time we are no longer responsible for any loss or accidental destruction of the goods.
6. Complaints – if there is something wrong with the goods
If you purchase an item, and there is something wrong with it, for example a material defect the rules in the Danish Purchase act (Købeloven) shall apply.
You have the right to complain about defects on the item within 24 months of delivery by contacting us on tel. no.: 61273333 or email firstname.lastname@example.org where we will guide you on how you should return the item.
If your complaint is justified, we will urgently repair or replace the item, and we will reimburse your reasonable shipping costs.
Please remember that the item must always be shipped in suitable protective packaging and you must ensure to save the postal receipt incl. information on shipping costs and a possible track and trace no.
If you wish to return something, that’s no problem.
You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order.
If you wish to use this right you must notify us clearly by email. Email: email@example.com
If you chose to return an item, we will refund the price you paid for the item and the cheapest shipping costs available for your delivery to the same card that was used for the purchase.
We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your notice of return, however we are entitled to withhold the payment until we have received the item you wish to return.
Please keep in mind that the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. You have the right to examine the product in the same way you would in a physical shop to determine the quality and characteristics, but you cannot wear and use it. If you have used the item in a way that you shouldn’t have, and as a result we can’t sell it or sell it at full price, you can expect a deduction of the loss of value. If the item no longer has a commercial value we will return the product to you.
The goods are your responsibility until they are delivered to us, so make sure they are packaged properly and securely.
We recommend international orders are returned by FEDEX or DHL. Return freights must be paid by yourself.

8. Applicable law
All purchases with us are subject to Danish law and consumer protection regulation. Neither the international CISG or other common European legislation will apply.
In case of any disputes the legal venue shall be Copenhagen City Court and Danish Legislation shall apply.
